    Age Limit:-The age of the candidate for the post of Indian Forest Service Examination, 2015 should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 32 years as on 1st August 2015.

    Qualification:-Candidate should have hold a Bachelor Degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology OR a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutional established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.

    Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of two successive stages i.e. Preliminary Examination (Objective type) and man Examination (written and Interview)

    Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
    i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
    ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

    Application Fee:-Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 100/- either by depositing the money in any branch of State bank of India by cash or by using Net Banking facility of State Bank of India / State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur / State Bank of Hyderabad / State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using any Visa Card / Master Card / Debit card.
