  Urban Planner:- 16 Posts
  (1) Qualification:- Candidate should have B.Arch. / B.Tech. With masters in Urban Planning.
  (2) Experience:- Candidate should have 3-5 year experience. Candidate should have Experience in working with large scale urban development projects / Programmes. Experience in urban reform and capacity building programmes for ULBs.
  (3) Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be as per Government of Uttarakhand rules.
  
  Social Development Specialist:- 10 Posts
  (1) Qualification:- Candidate should have Masters in Social Work / MBA (HR) / MA (SOCIOLOGY)
  (2) Experience:- Candidate should have 3 year experience or MA (Sociology) with 5 year experience. Practical experience of working in the development areas, preferably in urban development. Wide Knowledge and experience in implementing governance reforms. Experience in Social analysis, resettlement and rehabilitation. Experience in undertaking social and community development initiatives and appraisals in the municipal environment, especially in relation to urban infrastructure projects.
  (3) Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be as per Government of Uttarakhand rules.
