Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 27 years.
Qualification:- Candidate should have +2 class pass and height of the candidate should not be less than 168cms for males and 152cms for females. The chest measurement (applicable for male only) 81-85cms.
Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of only computer based test will be conducted for the candidates qualifying the Physical / Endurance test.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging Son / daughter of deceased Police Personnel who died during services.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging Home guards having 3 year service will be given relaxation of age for the period of service rendered as Home Guard
iii) Upper age-limit relaxable up to 40 year for departmental candidates.
